Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 60 days before departure. Full payment is required for bookings made within 60 days of departure.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges apply as follows:

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus £100 admin fee
• 30-60 days before departure: 25% of total cost
• 15-29 days before departure: 50% of total cost
• Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total cost

3. Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents including passport (valid for at least 6 months from date of travel) and appropriate visas. We provide visa assistance but cannot guarantee visa approval.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and repatriation. Insurance can be arranged through our partners.

5. Health Requirements

Certain vaccinations may be required for travel to Saudi Arabia. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet all health requirements. We recommend consulting your doctor at least 6 weeks before travel.

6. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.

7. Liability

AlMarwaTravel acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from services provided by third parties. Our liability is limited to the cost of the package booked.

8. ATOL Protection

We are ATOL protected (License No: XXXX). Your financial protection is guaranteed under the ATOL scheme. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, you will be repatriated and refunded.

9. Complaints

If you have any complaints during your trip, please inform our representative immediately. If the matter cannot be resolved, please contact us in writing within 28 days of your return.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
